Just curious what you don’t like about Leupold? I have 5 of the AH series- 3 X42, and 2 3.
As for the focusing bit, we’ve all heard it 10, times out of you. The only time I’ve ever had a Leupold reticle turn any gold color for me was when a sales person put his hand in front of the scope.
This is very strange information from Kahles and so is thier newly revised product descriptions, in the pre launch the descriptions that I saw for both scopes were advertised as simply AMV coated in a similar way. I have been watching for one of the 3×9 Leupolds with the AO to come up for sale for awhile and now I have missed it. You ain’t never seen really bright sunshine and sunsets until you’ve tried either.
I’m sure the much shorter eye relief will shade kables eye piece from such a big problem.
